Hi, I’m Hilary

I started Honeybee & Hive when my son was just three months old, because I realized I couldn’t bear to spend my days away from him. That time I craved with him is the same kind of time I now help other families reclaim.

My goal is to lighten the mental load for mamas, families, and caregivers by offering thoughtful, personalized virtual concierge services that create more calm, more clarity, and more space for what truly matters.

As a certified project manager, mama, international traveler, and natural organizer, I bring a blend of structure and compassion to every service I offer. I know how much you’re carrying—let’s take some of it off your plate.

Behind the Hive

A few things that make me, me:

  • I love cooking, baking, and being in the kitchen

  • My go-to “coffee” order is an iced spicy chai latte

  • I’d rather organize a pantry than go to a party

  • I find joy in the little things: handwritten notes, fresh baked bread, clean sheets, and slow mornings

  • I believe that structure can be freeing, and that caregivers deserve more support
